Training
In addition to training programs which will be available through Meducation, we are also work closely with IPN, an organization which includes a network of over 100 GP Practices across Australia. If you are placed within an IPN practice, you will be involved in the IPN learning which is the organisations very own Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which they launched in February 2007.
The first of its kind in the Health Care Industry, IPN Learning is an internal training and development framework that facilitates the professional and personal growth of IPN People and doctors in key workplace skills such as leadership, creative thinking and problem solving as well as specific general medical practice skills. So all IPN People have the opportunity to:
- Gain nationally recognised qualifications
- Enhance professional development opportunities by learning from experts
- Secure greater career pathways and opportunities.
