We are offering you the opportunity to relocate to this exciting location mid 2010 to work as a General Practitioner in Baldivis. Baldivis is located 35 minutes from the Perth CBD and is a rapidly expanding residential area. The Medical Centre will be located adjacent to Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre.

Job Description
Full Time General Practitioners will be required to meet patient demand. Approximately 40 hours of consulting per week across the clinic open hours.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm.. Potential Weekend Work once practice established.
Practice Infrastructure
There will be 16 standard consult rooms and a 7 bay treatment area with a large nurse’s station.
Baldivis Doctor's Surgery will also have a central computerised database to cover all aspects of General Practice, from prescription writing and consultation notes through to pathology and imaging requests and results.
As part of our commitment to ensure quality, patient care we will establish an efficient re-call system for patients to help manage.

- Blood Pressure
- Influenza Vaccines
- Care Plans
Standard appointments will be booked at intervals of 10 -15 minutes. After Hours and Emergency care requirements will be directed to an after hours Locum Service.
‘Monet’ software will be used for clinical records and accounting management. This will be a paperless practice.
Support
A nurse will be on duty at all times during the week. Nurses assist GP’s with Care Plans, Health Assessments procedures, and A&E.
